a friendship made in heaven

in today's generation where a friend can easily mean the next profile you see over your facebook news feed, don't you think the word "friend" which is suppose to connote a more special and an endearing relationship has now become so misused and abused? well, don't get me wrong here, i have nothing against those people who may have over a thousand friends on their social networking profiles, i don't mind it, really. i guess one can never dictate as to the number of friends he/she can have.

all encompassing, i must say i am one girl blessed to have a friend as 'best' as glaiza. bias as i may be, but i have to say she is one exceptional person for a friend. she is the many things she is, but hey i won't bother to enumerate them here, i might just end up understating how great a friend she is. really, she is.. and more to that!

tamboy, as i call her, and i were actually kindergarten classmates and really good playmates, but she never knew this until i told her so and showed her our graduation picture. well, maybe that was how forgettable kinder really was for her, that, or either my memory with people is really that good. hahahah oh yes i do remember all my classmates from pre-school years to graders! anyway, fate brought us back together when we became classmates again in 3rd year high school. as she had said on my wedding day as my maid-of-honor, the love for basketball was our common denominator and we hit it off perfectly! ..and the rest, is this friendship made in heaven.
