my husband is super fond of kids. he has all the patience and dedication playing with kids and taking care of them. no wonder why little ones would love to be with him all the time. it is also an expected thing that whenever he comes home after his contract, his pasalubongs are all toys for his pamangkins, and now he has one for his very own na rin! ayeeee.. he's giddy with just the thought of his baby girl.
he has so much impact on kids, especially on the girls. i remember one time, i was visiting a close friend and yeli, her daughter, expected edgar to be with me that time. she greeted me on the door when she heard the motorcycle arrive only to find out tito edgar wasn't with me. she immediately locked up her room, cried and did not talk to me that day. only because tito edgar, who she's so looking forward of seeing was not there. just how cute kids can be :)
i, meanwhile, take a back seat. i love watching them play on the side. i take pictures, i instruct them at games they play and give the 'oral' support when they go competitive. it is just a sight to behold and such a wonderful thing listening to them giggle, shout, and make lambing at each other.
